Since 2021, Batuta Group has played a key role in the development of three major projects, namely Rams Park House Maslak, Rams City Haliç, and Polat Cendere.

On behalf of Polat Construction, a 41,000 m² mixed-use architectural project comprising commercial and residential functions was fully prepared in the Cendere area, with all zoning and construction permit processes successfully completed.

In 2022, the zoning and permitting processes of the land known as the Uzel site, located in the Eyüp district, were completed and the project was delivered to RAMS Construction. The project, consisting of two phases and totaling 180,000 m² of hotel, commercial areas, offices, and residential units, saw its first phase delivered to right holders in 2024.

In the RAMS Ayazağa Urban Transformation Project, one of Turkey’s largest urban regeneration developments with a total enclosed area of 300,000 m², Batuta Group managed the entire process end to end. This included negotiations with right holders, title deed establishment under the 2B regulation, zoning development, construction permit acquisition, and risk assessment and evacuation procedures. The project was fully prepared for construction and subsequently transferred to RAMS.
